If you've arrived at this page, it is likely you are new to KVS and Arise.  If you are thinking about enjoying the freedom of working from home and experience the many benefits of employment with KVS, the information below covers everything you need to know about getting started.  These many benefits include making your own hours, working in your pajamas, and earning a full-time steady income from home.  Sounds pretty neat, right?

KVS  is a Preferred Independent Business that partners with Arise Virtual Solutions.  We are here to help all agents progress and achieve their goals. We are here to help everyone succeed in the work at home business.

OK, so what is Arise Virtual Solutions?

Arise is a company that has contracted with large known corporations that are seeking customer service, technical support, or sales representatives. Arise is recognized as one of the top rated work at home companies to work for and they are rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau.

The Job Description

In short, work form home telecommunication.  Actual jobs include over the phone technical support, sales, customer service, and live Internet chat help.  Different jobs pay differently and require different amounts of training.  You choose the type of job that suits you best, based on pay and shift availability.

How it Works

You can choose what client sounds the best for you.  KVS will assist you in choosing the right client if you need help or answer questions about any particular client. You will be provided with live training, lead by an instructor. Once you have completed your training, at the end of your class you will be certified to take the calls or provide the service needed by the client.  All the training needed is provided for you by Arise.

      So, since you will be working from home, you will obviously need to set up a home office, including phone and Internet access to it, and a working computer.  Being fully prepared to do the job is essential to success with the Arise work at home program.  Here are the hardware and software requirements, as well as the other necessities of the home-based working professional.

Computer Requirements 
  • If PC-Windows operating system, usually Windows XP or higher, but system requirements vary per each client.  Note that your operating system must be genuine in order to comply with security requirements.  Check the Microsoft website for a genuine OS check  Mac is frequently not allowed as an OS, but occasionally may be required for some clients. 
  • A minimum of 2GB ram
  • Microsoft Security Essentials-Microsoft based web protection.
  • A VOIP headset with an R9 or R10 jack. (R9 and R10 jacks are the same kind that plug into a phone handset, not to be confused with the R12 jack which looks similar but is bigger and commonly connects the phone to the wall). Client opportunities that require chat services do not require this, but these jobs are less frequently available than call center jobs.

Costs and Fees

    In order to begin with KVS, you must first sign up with Arise, and we can help with that as well.  Arise requires a background check prior to enrolling in their certification classes.  Applicants with any felony or criminal background will not be allowed to join the Arise program.
Cost of background check: $15
     After passing the background check, you will have one week to complete CSP101, the inital certification course for Arise.  The course takes between 5 and 10 hours to complete, and you must score an 80 or higher to pass.  Once you pass the class, you will be allowed to select which client you want to work for, and enroll in their training class.
Cost of CSP 101: $99
    Each client has a training course designed to prepare you for the job you will be performing as their employee.  These courses range in length from 1 week to 2 months or more.  The cost of the course varies per client.   If you watch the course prices, however, you will notice that if they do not fill up quickly, the price may be discounted drastically for a short period of time.
Cost of course: $19-$259
